Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes activities that are not allowed on ReqPub. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Prohibited uses
You may not use ReqPub to:
- Break the law or facilitate illegal activity, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Upload malware, or attempt to probe, scan, breach, or circumvent security, authentication, or role-based access controls.
- Access data or documents you are not authorized to access, or misrepresent your identity or role.
- Disrupt or overload the service, including through automated scraping or excessive requests, except as expressly permitted.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties except as allowed by your plan or a written agreement.
- Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or harmful content, or content you lack the rights to share.
Content standards
You are responsible for the Content you submit and for the recipients you share curated views and notes forms with. Do not share confidential material more widely than intended, and revoke links when they are no longer needed.
Security and disclosure
If you discover a vulnerability, report it responsibly to [security@reqpub.example] and do not exploit it or access others’ data.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove Content, suspend access, or terminate accounts. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities. Enforcement decisions are at our reasonable discretion and consistent with the Terms of Service.
